Sooke Food Bank begins digital registration in January
Important announcement for all Sooke Food Bank clients:
Starting January 8, 2026, Sooke Food Bank will use the web-based program Link2Feed to register client visits. This system will collect intake information for registration purposes and use this information to create a file to help us to determine your family size and the allotment of food, as well as your eligibility.
This new program will help us to:
- Improve service
- Advocate for you and your family
- Increase our transparency and accountability to our funders and donors
- Provide basic demographic information for advocacy and research
We assure our Sooke Food Bank clients:
- NO identifying details are used in reporting.
- We will never use or share your name or date of birth.
- We may use general information such as family size, age bracket, gender, and other information to support research and advocacy work.
We expect that the registration process may take additional time as we implement this new system, but will ultimately speed up your intake process the next time you visit. Please bear with us as we learn this new system and get you registered.
Thank you,
Kim Metzger
Executive Director
